So I'm recording the weight loss pre-weekend binging. haha! Weigh in went great, I lost 8lbs over two weeks which is pretty fantastic. Everyone is all like "What are you doing?!" and I just sorta shrug, "zumba?" ...for an hour... 5 times a week. Oh yes. So I have satisfied my need to overeat, and am ready to get back to my diet. Boom. Lets do it. I'm almost back to my "home" weight. Hopefully in a week I'll be there.
