Well despite my binging episodes (early on into really trying to be good, despite everything, I suppose I shouldn't be surprised.) I ended up pulling it together and being able to lose 1 lb and only 1 day of workout. Not the end of the world! :) Just kind of a bummer to lose the 2 other pounds I had lost and the prospect of more. OH WELL! I have a week before the next weigh in at work to get it back, (and hopefully then some) and start out strong on the competition!
>.> may or may not be recording the weeks entry today because my family is taking my sister & nephew to the zoo... and we're eating lunch first and hitting up the BBQ joint near us. Ouch! Gonna get in a workout first though!
