Workout 4/1-4/7

Mon- Bob Harper Strength
Tues- P90X Kenpo X
Wed- P90X Plyometrics
Thurs- Rest
Fri- (off) Bob Harper Cardio (Lets see if I can make it through the 1 hour workout for the first time EVER)
Sat- (off) Biggest Loser Cardio Max lvls 1-3 (or as far as I can before I DIE)
Sun- (off) Rest

I thought I'd shake things up a little bit. Been doing steady dance workout for a month now! I have the weekend off so in the words of P90X's Tony, I'm gonna BRING IT.

The Gause Haus was very poor in diet this week. Thankfully, I was able to keep up with my workouts, or else I probably would have gained. Boo on stress! I hope to give a better report next week :p

3/18-3/24 workouts

Monday- Flat Abs/ Zumba Sentao (45 mins)(The other half of Ripped-- uses a chair and I don't have the right kind at the apartment, so i'm taking advantage)
Tuesday- Flat Absx2/ Toning (64 mins)
Wednesday- Flat Abs x2/Rush (60 mins)
Thursday- (off) Rest
Friday- Exhilarate (60 mins)
Saturday- Toning/Rush (55 mins)
Sunday- (off) Rest

So I'm recording the weight loss pre-weekend binging. haha! Weigh in went great, I lost 8lbs over two weeks which is pretty fantastic. Everyone is all like "What are you doing?!" and I just sorta shrug, "zumba?" ...for an hour... 5 times a week. Oh yes. So I have satisfied my need to overeat, and am ready to get back to my diet. Boom. Lets do it. I'm almost back to my "home" weight. Hopefully in a week I'll be there.

Dinners for 3/18-3/24

Mon- (moms) gound meat, pasta and veggies
Tues- (moms) ^^^ or Frozen Potstickers (I haven't had these since I moved out, over 3 months ago!!)
Wed- Frozen
Thurs-(off) Cheeseburger Wraps w/ Baked potato fries or try out Baked Zucchini Fries (probably comes out to the same calories, though I think I'll just use the corn flakes I bought for the Honey Mustard Chicken last week)
Fri- Spicy Chicken Stew
Sat- (closing) Frozen food :p
Sun-(off) Skinny Chicken Piccata 

Going to start linking to the recipes I use. (when online, of course) Although I should  note that I adapt half of these one way or another, but then again, who doesn't!

Shopping list:
-2 packs of chicken breast
- corn
- 2 onions
- shredded low fat cheddar
-12 oz jar of salsa
-white wine
-2 lemons

Last Weeks Loss: -1lb
Total Loss: -5lbs

Well despite my binging episodes (early on into really trying to be good, despite everything, I suppose I shouldn't be surprised.) I ended up pulling it together and being able to lose 1 lb and only 1 day of workout. Not the end of the world! :) Just kind of a bummer to lose the 2 other pounds I had lost and the prospect of more. OH WELL! I have a week before the next weigh in at work to get it back, (and hopefully then some) and start out strong on the competition!

Nothing New

I gotta say, I'm a little frustrated.  I realize I'm in my first week back on track (and doing fairly well at being good) but I'm not nearly seeing the results I usually do and I'm already much heavier than I'd like to be.  Today is also my first "rest" day of the week, PLUS it's the weigh in for the new round of Biggest Loser at work.  I was really trying hard to be less than I was starting LAST round, but it doesn't look like that's happening -_-;

All I really want (and this is what everyone really wants) is to look in the mirror and see ME.

I got pretty close once.  Something always happens though. I hope I can push it through this time and get back to "2010 Becky" who was very very successful in diet.
