I know I have not exactly proven myself, here... but with an upcoming wedding, and with getting the brand new Zumba DVDs and basically just looking at myself with disgust, I am ready to fix this. I have made a workout schedule from Jan 1- April 26th. If this seems to be working for me, I'll continue the workout scheduling (though for now, it's a high intensity scheduling and I may cool it down after the wedding. and especially when I reach my goal.)
My goals for my 2012 weight loss are these(At least until the wedding):
- try to be more experimental with cooking
- give up alcohol (unless I have a really bad day)
- give up soda
- eat fewer carbs/snacky foods.
- eat more veggies to compensate for snack foods
- steadily workout
- don't let the lady flow get in the way of staying on points.
- keep better track of points.
Thats just what I'm focused on.
I will defeat these 30lbs. I will!
